No Knead Bread
Makes 1 Loaf

Cooking time: 45 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 cups of Plain Flour (all purpose)
- 1 & 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 & 1/2 cups of Water (375ml)
- 1/4 tsp of Instant Yeast (or 1 tsp of Active Yeast)
- 1 Tbsp sesame or poppy seeds
Instructions
- Place the flour and yeast in a large bowl and mix briefly.
- Add the water, and mix with your fingertips until all combined.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Preheat your oven and camp oven & lid to 260 degrees celcius.
- Scrape the dough out onto a well floured work surface.
- Dust the top of the ball with flour.
- Pat the dough down gently until it is a rough rectangle shape (with the long side facing you) and about 2cm thick.
- Fold the dough like you would a letter, in thirds.
- then fold the bottom into the middle, and then bring the top over the lot.
- Pinch any seams closed.
- Wet your hand and gently rub the top of the dough ball until it is DAMP.
- Carefully sprinkle the top of the dough with sesame seeds or any other kind of seeds you like.
- When the oven is hot, drop your dough ball, seed side up into the camp oven and cover with the lid.
- Bake for 30 mins.
- After 30 mins, remove the lid and bake for another 15mins until golden.
