Hash Brown Casserole

Makes 6

Cooking time: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Two pounds of Hash Brown Potatoes
  • Two Cans of Potato Soup
  • 8oz of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
  • Two Tablespoons of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • One Cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the potatoes, soup, cheese, sour scream, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix Well.
  3. Place into baking dish
  4. Dot with butter
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese ontop
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for ~60 minutes
