Hash Brown Casserole

Cooking time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- Two pounds of Hash Brown Potatoes
- Two Cans of Potato Soup
- 8oz of Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
- Two Tablespoons of Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- One Cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- Combine the potatoes, soup, cheese, sour scream, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix Well.
- Place into baking dish
- Dot with butter
- Sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese ontop
- Bake at 350 degrees for ~60 minutes
