Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- Corn Casserole
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornmuffin mix (8.5 oz)
- 6-7 T margarine, melted
- 1 t baking powder
- 3 eggs
- Mozarella cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
- Red pepper or paprika or cayenne pepper powder (I use the latter, tho be
- careful not to use too much)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the last two. Pour half into a 9x13" greased
- pan.
- Add
- a layer of Mozarella cheese, then the rest of the batter. Sprinkle with
- a
- light dusting of whichever pepper spice suits your taste. Bake at 350
- degrees for 30-40 min. Enjoy!!
