Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • Corn Casserole
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy cornmuffin mix (8.5 oz)
  • 6-7 T margarine, melted
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • Mozarella cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
  • Red pepper or paprika or cayenne pepper powder (I use the latter, tho be
  • careful not to use too much)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the last two. Pour half into a 9x13" greased
  2. pan.
  3. Add
  4. a layer of Mozarella cheese, then the rest of the batter. Sprinkle with
  5. a
  6. light dusting of whichever pepper spice suits your taste. Bake at 350
  7. degrees for 30-40 min. Enjoy!!
