Buta Kimchi Donburi
Sauteed pork strips, onion, and kimchi over rice.
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb of pork loin, thinly sliced (shabu-shabu style)
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c kimchi
- 1/4 c green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and sugar to taste
- rice, cooked
Instructions
- Heat oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add kimchi and onions. Saute until onion softens.
- Add pork and heat until cooked through.
- Add salt or sugar to taste.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- Serve pork-kimchi mixture over a large bowls of rice (one per person).
